Gli assaggi all’Oil bar, i consigli sull’olio in cucina, i cocktOIL da gustare, gli approfondimenti dedicati alla filiera, e i sapori e i territori raccontati dai 212 produttori presenti. Ultimo giorno a Trieste per Olio Capitale, la principale fiera specializzata dedicata agli Oli Extra Vergine in Italia, tipici e di qualità allestita al Generali Convention Center.
Anche questa mattina grande afflusso di visitatori, molti giunti anche dall’estero, pronti a scoprire e acquistare attraverso un viaggio tra gli stand che rappresenta anche un itinerario tra le varie regioni italiane. E con una tappa anche in Grecia, Paese presente quest’anno con una decina di postazioni.
La fiera continuerà fino alle 19, ultima di tre giornate che finora hanno segnato una presenza costante di persone, attirate dalle tante varietà di olio in aggiunta. Tra le curiosità dell’edizione 2025 anche le piantine di ulivo, proposte da alcune aziende e andate a ruba.

Tastings at the Oil Bar, tips on using olive oil in the kitchen, CocktOIL to savor, in-depth discussions dedicated to the supply chain, and the flavors and territories narrated by the 212 producers present. The final day in Trieste for Olio Capitale, Italy's leading trade fair dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oils, featuring typical and high-quality oils, set up at the Generali Convention Center.
This morning, there was also a large influx of visitors, many coming from abroad, eager to discover and purchase through a journey between the stands, which also serves as a tour through the various Italian regions. With a stop in Greece, a country present this year with about ten booths.
The fair will continue until 7:00 PM, the final day of three days that have so far seen a steady flow of people, attracted by the many varieties of olive oil on display. Among the curiosities of the 2025 edition were the olive tree seedlings offered by some companies, which quickly sold out.
