Modular exhibition stands are available, already fully set up, starting from 6 square meters (3 meters in front x 2 meters in depth), which can be combined to increase the surface area. The stands include carpet flooring, perimeter walls, lighting, electrical outlets, a locked storage room, a fascia with the company name, 1 table, and 3 chairs.
Participation includes entry into the Olio Capitale competition, meetings with foreign buyers, and digital promotion of the participating company.

Exhibit one of your own bottles per label at the Oil Bar to double your visibility.

The fair – now in its 17th edition – has become a must-attend event for anyone in the industry.
Open to all producers of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, it aims to bring the growing demand from international markets to Trieste.

Unlike other events, Olio Capitale exclusively presents olive oil, without pairing it with other food products that could distract from the focus on extra virgin olive oil, making it the Capital of Extra Virgin Olive Oil during the event days.

All the exhibition, promotion, advertising, and side events are focused solely on the product of extra virgin olive oil.
